SUPPLY CHAIN × ANALYTICS × PROCUREMENT STRATEGY

Turning supply chain data into confident decisions.

I help manufacturers understand material costs, forecast demand, and build clear operations dashboards, drawing on 25+ years in food, metals, and electronics manufacturing.

About me

With more than 25 years in food, metals, and electronics manufacturing, I have worked in a dual role: international commodity procurement and business-unit operations analytics partner to senior leadership.

Good supply chain decisions come from understanding the operation and reading the data well. I turn scattered procurement, inventory, and operations data into analysis that leaders can understand at a glance and act on.
